Really lovely photos - particularly the cake!! Is it carrot or coffee walnut? Makes no difference really as they are both BIG favoutites!!
It's a hybrid version. It is carrot cake with walnuts. I'm not a great fan of walnuts, but I did like this cake. I also discovered that I like Pecan pie whilst I was away ... and I don't like those nuts either. Go figure.
Mmmmmm - sounds fabby! I might have to pop to the shop for a walnutty carrot cake now!!
I have some pecan and caramel chocolates sent to me by a dear friend in Texas. I'm not fond of caramel but I do like the odd pecan so I'm willing to give them a go!! Never had Pecan pie.....yet!!
